# Integrations

> Connect your workspace with external services such as DIAN electronic documents and WhatsApp Business.

Open **Settings → Workspace → Integrations** to connect your workspace with external services. Each integration on this page connects a workspace-wide capability — set it up once and the related features light up across the app.

## Available integrations

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Electronic Documents" icon="file-invoice" href="/docs/finance/electronic-invoicing">
    Connect your DIAN credentials to issue electronic invoices and documents.
  </Card>

  <Card title="WhatsApp Business" icon="comments" href="/docs/ai/whatsapp-chats">
    Connect your WhatsApp Business account to enable the Chats inbox.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

### Electronic Documents

The **Electronic Documents** integration connects your DIAN credentials so your workspace can issue electronic invoices and documents. Opening it starts the setup wizard, which walks you through:

* Uploading your certificate
* Syncing your DIAN resolutions
* Enabling automatic accrual (causación)
* Synchronizing master data

Once connected, electronic invoicing is available across your finance operations. The full guide is at [electronic invoicing](/docs/finance/electronic-invoicing).

### WhatsApp Business

The **WhatsApp Business** integration connects your WhatsApp Business account to enable the Chats inbox, where your team handles WhatsApp conversations inside Fail Fast.

<Info>
  This integration is shown only when WhatsApp is available for your workspace.
</Info>

The full guide is at [WhatsApp chats](/docs/ai/whatsapp-chats).

## Other places things connect

<Note>
  Not every connection lives on the Integrations page:

  * **Workflow credentials** are configured inside workflow nodes — see [credentials](/docs/automation/credentials).
  * **Email accounts** are configured in the Email Config tool.
  * **Data mapping** between your data and external systems happens in the homologation screens — see [data homologation](/docs/data/data-homologation).

  If you're looking for a connection and don't find it here, check the feature it belongs to.
