AI isn't a module you turn on — agents connected to your data run real work across every operation, from the inside.
AI agents connected to your data that do real work — not suggestions, outcomes. Some already running inside Fail Fast:
Matches transactions and statements automatically.
Reads and books invoices with no manual entry.
Quotes, follows up and moves the pipeline.
Answers and resolves over your live data.
Verifies people and documents instantly.
Design visual flows that connect your data, integrations and AI agents into automatic steps. When a process needs judgment, the agent decides; when it needs an action, it executes it.

Ask your data in plain language. Fail Fast writes the SQL for you, queries live and answers. You no longer need to be technical to get answers.
Create the tables and fields your business needs — by typing “/” or with one click. No developers, no waiting months.

Type “/” on any page and insert tables, pages, reports or operations. Your structure grows with your business.

Add the fields each table needs: checkbox, email, person, document, select, number and more.
Agents migrate your data and configure your modules while you watch progress live. Live in weeks, not months.

Fail Fast is the result of merging two companies — and three decades of ERP experience — and rebuilding everything from scratch for the AI era.
It started more than 30 years ago, when Juan Carlos Gómez and Natalia Serrano built Stone ERP (stone.com.co), a Colombian ERP that has spent over 25 years running the day-to-day operations of companies across industry, commerce and government — from payroll and finance to production, transport and warehousing.
In 2018 they founded Simba Software (simba.co), an electronic invoicing provider certified by the DIAN — the fifth technology provider authorized in Colombia — connecting to the market's ERPs and processing electronic invoices, payroll and reception documents.
In 2025, Juan Carlos and Natalia partnered with Juanse to merge Stone and Simba into a single company — and to start over. Fail Fast is a completely new ERP, built from scratch for how companies will operate in the AI era: agents that don't just suggest — they execute the work.
