Electronic Documents

The Electronic Documents integration connects your DIAN credentials so your workspace can issue electronic invoices and documents. Opening it starts the setup wizard, which walks you through:
  • Uploading your certificate
  • Syncing your DIAN resolutions
  • Enabling automatic accrual (causación)
  • Synchronizing master data

WhatsApp Business

The WhatsApp Business integration connects your WhatsApp Business account to enable the Chats inbox, where your team handles WhatsApp conversations inside Fail Fast.
This integration is shown only when WhatsApp is available for your workspace.
