A workspace in Fail Fast represents a company. You can create a new company from scratch or join one that a teammate invited you to.

Start the wizard

Open the workspace dropdown at the top of the sidebar and choose Create a company.

Enter your company's website and name

Provide your company’s website — or indicate that you don’t have one — and your company’s name.

Provide your tax ID

Enter your Colombian tax ID: a NIT (Número de Identificación Tributaria, including its verification digit) or a Cédula de Ciudadanía.

Confirm where the company is registered for taxes

Tell the wizard where your company is registered for tax purposes.

Choose your plan

On the Choose your plan step, pick a subscription plan and complete checkout directly in the app.

Invite teammates

Invite your team by email, or skip this step and invite people later. See Team and invitations.
Your new workspace is initialized with a template based on your industry, along with the applications enabled for your plan and company. You can adjust things later — see Workspace settings.

Working across several companies

One account can belong to several companies, and you can hold a different role in each. Switch between companies at any time from the workspace dropdown at the top of the sidebar.
An active subscription is required to use a workspace. Administrators can manage the subscription later in Workspace settings.
